Food Fix Butcher & Baker is the brick and mortar restaurant born from "Food Fix Truck" which was ranked No. 1 on “101 Best Food Trucks in America” list for 2017 and has also been featured on the Food Network television series Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.

Chef Hank Olson, a former Institute of Technology culinary instructor, along with his wife Ashley Olson, together cook their own meats and bake fresh breads and rolls daily. They take pride in creating and offering made from scratch, local, quality food offerings, that you can taste in every bite.

Being able to provide the quick mobile food option(s) with the truck or utilizing the fully equipped commercial kitchen to prepare a more formal dining experience for weddings, celebrations, and business events is the spice of life that keeps Hank and Ashley so passionate with the day-to-day operations.
